Mary Wingfield

Mary Wingfield represents lenders, corporate entities and individuals in a broad range of commercial real estate transactional matters ranging from property disputes to multi-million dollar real estate loan closings for properties including office, multifamily, industrial, raw land, ranch land, residential, retail and other income-producing properties.

She has experience drafting, preparing and negotiating loan documents, easements, leases, purchase and sale agreements, and restrictive instruments, just to name a few. She is board certified in Commercial Real Estate Law and is passionate about her practice and helping her Clients meet their goals.

Prior to joining the firm, Mary exclusively represented lenders by preparing and negotiating loan documents for loans secured by commercial real properties, which gave her a broad range of experience in the field.

While not working, she enjoys doing HIIT fitness, running on Town Lake or the trails in Mueller with her daughter, going to as many coffee shops as her husband and two young kids will tolerate, and spending time with her husband, daughter, son and two dogs (a beagle and a miniature dachshund). She’s always up for a cup of coffee with good company!
